I began a online venture in early May 2025 through GoDaddy. I was given the runaround soon after. Conference calls a month apart, I even sat on hold for 65 minutes and was told someone would be calling me back and never did. They went live with the site and it wasn't even functional. GoDaddy told me to go to different web companies and purchase their "plugins" and get back to them. I was born in the 60's. What the H#LL is a plugin? I searched and contacted Minnesota Design Studio in early November 2025. Ross took my partially completed website, changed the navigational questions on the site so it actually made sense to someone visiting the site and had it fully operational on December 11th. I have to say it probably would have been sooner but he was waiting on me to supply him with info.
